Remote Work?

What Is Remote Work?

Remote-working is often referred to as ‘telecommuting’ or ‘working from home’, but in a nutshell ‘remote work’ means Any work that can be completed without travelling into an office. Thanks to the many digital solutions and connection options now available you can now successfully communicate with your team and complete projects, without being in the same building or even the same city. This means that rather than going into an office every day, you can work remotely from anywhere as long as you have a computer or a laptop and a good internet connection.

Allow your employees to work remotely

This is simply the ability to remotely control and use your office computer from any remote location. Access can be from any computer, phone or tablet and is totally secure. We can also provide you with your very own dedicated virtual office so there is no requirement for office computers on desks. Full support is provided for all our remote working solutions. We are simply here to help, please get in touch.

Security

On endpoint (devices you use to connect from), we enforce multiple levels of security protection. These include mandatory device authentication and optional security code and two-factor authentication. All your remote sessions are protected by 256-bit AES encryption and TLS(up to TLS 1.2)

Our remote access providers employ multiple defence and intrusion detection mechanisms running 24×7. All systems are built and run using best industry practices. All sessions are fortified and security is enforced

Our various remote access providers either use Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure or their own secure infrastructure. There are a variety of measures including but not limited to firewalls at both application and instance layer, DDOS mitigation and data encryption

Compliance

Soc 2 is a set of standards that are used to measure how well a organisation conducts and regulates its information. Our remote access partners are Soc 2 compliant. Their policies ensure availability, security, confidentiality and processing integrity of customer data

Under the terms of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) the amount of data collected must be necessary and the minimum required to provide the service. We have obligations and responsibilities both as a Controller and a Processor for the purposes of GDPR.
